WHY GLOWEN?
Rolling Flame

Rolling Flame™

— Heat that moves

Instead of relying on a stationary burner, Glowen’s Rolling Flame™ circulates heat around the cooking chamber, helping eliminate cold spots and cook the pizza more evenly.

Advanced Insulation

Advanced insulation

— Heat that stays

Glowen combines an insulated chamber with a substantial fireclay/stone baking surface to retain heat, maintain stable temperatures and recover quickly between pizzas.
